<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Job Summary</strong></h3>



<p>We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Professional with a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years working extensively with Dynamics 365 CE to drive customer relationship management strategies, enhance automation, and optimize business processes.</p>



<p>The role requires expertise in Power Platform, CRM solutions, customization, integrations, and data migration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in configuring and developing Dynamics 365 CE modules, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>



<p><strong>Solution Design &amp; Development</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list" class="wp-block-list">
<li>Design and implement <strong>end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions </strong>to meet business needs.</li>



<li>Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules, including <strong>Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.</strong></li>



<li>Develop <strong>Power Automate workflows, PowerApps</strong>, <strong>and integrations</strong> with other Microsoft and third-party applications.</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Implementation &amp; Integration</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list" class="wp-block-list">
<li>Manage <strong>data migration, integration</strong> with enterprise applications, and deployment of CRM solutions.</li>



<li>Work with APIs, Azure Services, and third-party tools for seamless integration.</li>



<li>Ensure <strong>data security, compliance, and performance optimization</strong> of CRM solutions.</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Customer Engagement &amp; Support</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list" class="wp-block-list">
<li>Collaborate with <strong>business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users</strong> to gather and define requirements.</li>



<li>Conduct <strong>user training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support</strong> for Dynamics 365 CE.</li>



<li>Act as an<strong> SME (Subject Matter Expert)</strong> to advise on best practices for CRM solutions.</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Project Management &amp; Documentation</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list" class="wp-block-list">
<li>Manage project lifecycles, including<strong> requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment</strong>.</li>



<li>Prepare<strong> technical documentation, process workflows, and user manuals.</strong></li>



<li>Work with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps for project tracking.</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Continuous Improvement &amp; Innovation</strong></p>

<li>Stay updated with<strong> Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE enhancements, Power Platform, and AI-driven CRM innovations.</strong></li>



<li>Recommend and implement process improvements for <strong>better customer engagement and automation.</strong></li>



<li>Optimize CRM functionalities to enhance user adoption and customer experience.</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list" class="wp-block-list">
<li>10+ years of overall experience in IT, with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CE.</li>



<li>Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).</li>



<li>Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).</li>



<li>Experience in customizing, configuring, and extending Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, JavaScript, and workflows.</li>



<li>Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server for custom development.</li>



<li>Knowledge of Azure services, API integrations, and cloud-based deployments.</li>



<li>Strong understanding of data migration, ETL processes, and security best practices.</li>



<li>Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps.</li>



<li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
</ul>
