Cloud DevOps Engineer

Position Overview:

We seek a skilled and experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipeline development. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud solutions to enhance our development and deployment processes.

Job Description

• Must have 4-5 years of experience in implementing DevOps processes and best practices.
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code for configuration management and code delivery – Terraform, ARM Templates, Helm.
• Experience with containerization, virtualization, and orchestration tools – Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, OpenShift.
• Exposure to any cloud technologies and services – Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Experience in Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines – Jenkins, GitLab, and Online GitHub.
• Experience with version control software – Git.
• Working knowledge of Iterative/agile development methodologies (Agile) and experience in driving team delivery through technology.
• Scripting and in-depth automation experience using the tools PowerShell, AZ CLI, Python, Bash, Ruby, Bash/Shell, or Groovy.

Primary Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Solid DevOps experience in one of the areas of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Capacity to implement and assist with daily DevOps tasks and activities.
• Migration ability of applications on Cloud DevOps platforms.
• Good hands-on experience with SCM, CI/CD Pipelines, Deployments, Shell Scripting, Infrastructure Provisioning and Containerization Platforms.
• Ability to lead and manage other architects and technical SMEs, as well as build teams.
• Experience in Agile Delivery using collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Skill in expressing complex technical subjects to non-technical personnel in the client organization or CaliberFocus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
