Cloud Services Engineer
Position Overview:
Serve as a liaison between the client and CaliberFocus operations teams, including frontline support and escalations. Report to stakeholders on the health of service delivery, explaining any issues or risks to performance. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability operates within target SLAs and with minimal downtime. Conduct performance meetings to share any trends in the performance and consumption data.
Summary
- As a Cloud Services Engineer, you will serve as a liaison between the client and CaliberFocus operations teams regarding support and escalations.
- You will report on the health of service delivery to all stakeholders and contextualize any performance concerns or risks.
- Your responsibility will be to ensure that Cloud orchestration and automation capability is running based on target SLAs and with the least downtime.
- You will also lead performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends to guide overall project success.

- Solving the problems of their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Minimize downtime and ensure that services are predictable regarding target SLAs in Cloud orchestration and automation capability.
- Conduct performance meetings to share data trends on performance and consumption.
- Serve as the point of contact between the client and CaliberFocus operations teams for support and escalations.
- Communicate service delivery health across all stakeholders and explain if there are any service performance issues or any risks.
Core Competencies
- Experience in managed file transfer.
- Ability to use statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Implementing different types of machine learning algorithms, including linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.
- A strong understanding of data munging methods, such as data cleaning, transformation, and normalizing, to maintain the quality and integrity of the data.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Managed File Transfer
