Data Science – ML/AI/Gen AI

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI to join our advanced analytics team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions using upcoming Artificial Intelligence technologies to solve business-centric challenges. As a pivotal team member, you’ll help propel our enterprise-level capabilities in predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI applications.

Job Description

• Develop a macro level AI/ML and Generative AI strategy aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Design and deploy AI/ML & Generative AI models to drive decision-making, process automation, and new product features.
• Drive the assessment and selection of AI technologies, tools, and platforms, to ensure that they meet our needs in terms of scalability, performance, and security.
• Work with IT and business users to determine AI use cases and requirements for AI-driven initiatives.
• Define appropriate best practices for developing AI, such as data handling, model training, testing, and deployment.
• Supervise the ethical aspects of AI applications to ensure adherence to data protection laws and responsible use of data.
• Keep up to date on AI/ML and Generative AI advancements, assessing emerging technology for suitability within the organization.
• Promote AI literacy throughout the organization and provide training and resources to make AI technologies more accessible to teams.
• Manage the execution of AI projects through cross-functional teams and work closely with business leaders and the engineering team to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs.

Primary Skills

• At least 5 years of AI/ML experience, with a strong track record of developing and deploying successful AI/ML solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures, along with practical applications.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Experience with programming languages utilized for AI/ML solutions (python, R, etc.)
• Strong command over Generative AI technologies and their usage in the business domain.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS SageMaker Azure ML Google Cloud AI), and containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes)
