Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Professional

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Professional with a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years working extensively with Dynamics 365 CE to drive customer relationship management strategies, enhance automation, and optimize business processes.
The role requires expertise in Power Platform, CRM solutions, customization, integrations, and data migration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in configuring and developing Dynamics 365 CE modules, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
- Design and implement end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet business needs.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Develop Power Automate workflows, PowerApps, and integrations with other Microsoft and third-party applications.
Implementation & Integration
- Manage data migration, integration with enterprise applications, and deployment of CRM solutions.
- Work with APIs, Azure Services, and third-party tools for seamless integration.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and performance optimization of CRM solutions.
Customer Engagement & Support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to gather and define requirements.
- Conduct user training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support for Dynamics 365 CE.
- Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) to advise on best practices for CRM solutions.
Project Management & Documentation
- Manage project lifecycles, including requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
- Prepare technical documentation, process workflows, and user manuals.
- Work with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps for project tracking.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE enhancements, Power Platform, and AI-driven CRM innovations.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for better customer engagement and automation.
- Optimize CRM functionalities to enhance user adoption and customer experience.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall experience in IT, with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience in customizing, configuring, and extending Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, JavaScript, and workflows.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server for custom development.
- Knowledge of Azure services, API integrations, and cloud-based deployments.
- Strong understanding of data migration, ETL processes, and security best practices.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Solutions Architect
