  • Design and implement end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet business needs.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
  • Develop Power Automate workflows, PowerApps, and integrations with other Microsoft and third-party applications.
Implementation & Integration
  • Manage data migration, integration with enterprise applications, and deployment of CRM solutions.
  • Work with APIs, Azure Services, and third-party tools for seamless integration.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and performance optimization of CRM solutions.
Customer Engagement & Support
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to gather and define requirements.
  • Conduct user training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support for Dynamics 365 CE.

  • Knowledge of Azure services, API integrations, and cloud-based deployments.
