Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Sales Leader to build and scale our Microsoft Dynamics 365 services business in the U.S. market. This role is responsible for owning the complete sales lifecycle—from pipeline development to deal closure—focused on enterprise and upper mid-market clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business for Microsoft Dynamics 365 services, including:
- Finance & Supply Chain Management
- Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
- Power Platform and analytics extensions
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities
- Engage with C-level executives, CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and IT leaders
- Partner closely with Microsoft sellers, partner managers, and alliances
- Position CaliberFocus as a trusted implementation and transformation partner
- Lead discovery sessions, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations
- Work with delivery and solution teams to ensure strong proposal alignment
Meet and exceed annual revenue and pipeline targets
Required Qualifications
- 8–15 years of enterprise IT services sales experience
- 3+ years of direct experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 services
- Strong understanding of:
- ERP / CRM buying cycles
- Microsoft partner-led sales motion
- Proven track record of closing six-figure to multi-million-dollar services deals
- Ability to build pipeline independently (hunter mindset)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
Experience working with Microsoft partners or system integrators
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a Microsoft Gold / Solutions Partner
- Existing relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Industry exposure in manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, or real estate
Experience selling cloud, data, or AI-enabled enterprise solutions
