Hemapriya Dharshini leads the operating and commercial execution behind CaliberFocus’ AI, data, and enterprise transformation business. Her role brings together growth priorities, delivery strategy, organizational capability, and P&L accountability to support the company’s expansion across clients and markets. Across nearly two decades in enterprise technology, Hema has worked at the intersection of business growth and delivery, with experience in scaling strategic accounts, building new service capabilities, improving delivery economics, and aligning global teams with revenue and margin priorities.

Prior to joining CaliberFocus, she served as Senior Vice President – Business Growth and Enablement at Agilisium, where she was responsible for global delivery, revenue strategy, operations, and business enablement. During this period, she contributed to expanding strategic client relationships, strengthening delivery models, building new business capabilities, and supporting growth across multiple markets.

Earlier, as Associate Vice President at Tech Mahindra XDS(BORN Group), she held leadership responsibilities across enterprise technology delivery and operations, including large-scale delivery programs, account growth, operational transformation, and strategic client engagements.
